Before we come and visit your home
We will arrange a convenient time and date that suits you for our technical advisor to visit you and provide you with a free quotation. We will base this quotation on your specific needs and the needs of the property and will only present this to you once we have fully consulted with you on the proposed changes to your heating system and it’s requirements.
If you like the quote
All we will require is a 10% deposit. After we receive the deposit we will arrange a convenient date for the installation and order the appropriate parts.
Before we start
We will contact you to arrange a delivery of the materials and confirm the date and time to begin the installation.
On the Day
Your Gas safe Register installation engineer will call before arriving at a time we’ve agreed with you. They’ll explain how we’ll keep you safe during the installation and leave your property clean and tidy.
After the installation
We’ll call and check that you’re absolutely happy with the work. Only then will we ask for the final balance to be paid.
